Pork Chop Scallop(Stove Top) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
1 pkg. scalloped potatoes
2 Tbsp. margarine
milk (amount called for in box of potatoes)
Preparation

In skillet, brown chops in margarine.
Remove chops and set aside.
Empty potatoes and packet of seasoned sauce mix into skillet.
Stir in water and milk called for on package.
Heat to boiling, reduce heat and place chops on top.
Cover and simmer 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and the chops are thoroughly done.
Serves 4.
