Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. apples, diced
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 eggs
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Combine ingredients, mixing well.
Spread into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
