Ingredients

2/3 c. juice from your favorite canned fruit
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
pinch of cream of tartar
Preparation

Drain fruit.
Add fruit juice to dry mixture; stir to dissolve.
Bring to boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes, or to medium thick syrup consistency.
Serve over pancakes and waffles.
