Weight Watcher'S Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1/4 c. bacon bits
    4 oz. grated cheese
    4 eggs
    12 oz. milk
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place onion, pepper, bacon bits and cheese in a 9-inch pie pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Blend remaining ingredients in blender.
    Pour over vegetables in pan.
    Bake 40 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
