Chicken Casserole No. 4 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chicken breasts
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers (use 1 tube)
    poppy seed
    3/4 to 1 stick butter
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender.
    Let chicken cool; remove bones and tear into small pieces.
    Place chicken in casserole dish.
    Mix soup and sour cream.
    Pour over chicken.
    Crumble Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter.
    Sprinkle over mixture.
    Sprinkle poppy seed sparingly over topping.
    Cook at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until mixture is bubbly.
