Black-Eyed Pea Dip(Servings: 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. block Kraft Old English Cheddar
    3 (16 oz.) cans black-eyed peas, drained
    1 large onion, minced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (8 oz.) can green chilies
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except peas and bring to a melting simmer.
    Add peas and serve with chips or crackers.
