Cookie Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. Diamond walnuts
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

In a large bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Blend in flour.
Stir in chocolate morsels and walnuts.
Pour mixture into unbaked shell.
Bake below oven center at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until top is golden brown and toothpick when inserted into center, comes out clean.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
