Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. beef roast
    1 Tbsp. tenderizer
    3 to 4 white potatoes, quartered
    4 carrots
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Wash meat and pat dry.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and tenderizer.
    Place in roaster and add water.
    Cover and place in oven.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
