Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. vanilla or rum flavor
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/2 c. sugar or substitute
    2 eggs
    graham cracker crust or regular crust
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla on medium speed of hand electric mixer until well blended and smooth.
    Add eggs and mix well.
    Pour into crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes, until center is almost set. Cool.
