Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (makes 2 c. cooked rice)
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 stick melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. milk
    raisins, if desired
Preparation
    Cook 1 cup of rice and set aside.
    Mix eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla or lemon flavoring and milk together.
    Add to rice.
    Cook to 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes to 1 hour, until brown.
