Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

juice of 1 1/2 lemons
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. boiling water
Preparation
-
Save egg whites for meringue.
Mix all except water.
Add the water last.
Cook on low heat or double boiler until thickened. Put in baked shell.
Make meringue.
