Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (No. 1) cans salmon
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 tsp. horseradish sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    chopped parsley
    4 tsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix together all except pecans and parsley. Shape into ball. Roll in pecans and parsley. Serve with onion crackers. Freezes well.
