Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. self-rising cornmeal
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    8 oz. can creamed corn
Preparation
    Mix all together and bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes in an 8 to 10-inch black skillet or a 9-inch glass pie pan, greased.
