Mocha Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. chocolate morsels, melted
    2 Tbsp. instant coffee, dissolved in 1/3 c. hot water
    3 c. powdered sugar, sifted
    3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    2 1/2 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
    1 c. pecans, chopped small
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. or more coconut
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except coconut.
    Roll into one inch
    balls
    and
    roll
    in coconut.
    Keep hands wet while rolling. Store at least two days before serving.
