Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium avocados, cut up
    1/2 small onion, cut up
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Blend until smooth.
    Serve as spread or topping.
    Makes 1 1/4 cups.
