Vege-Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. frozen cubed vegetarian chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/4 c. chopped red bell pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
Chill.
Serve on lettuce cups.
