Delicious Teriyaki Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. steak, sliced thinly
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. diced onion
    dash of pepper
    oil for frying
    vegetables of your choice (carrots, celery, onion and broccoli for example)
    1 c. beef broth
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix together garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, soy sauce, diced onion and pepper.
    Marinate meat in mixture for 2 hours. Stir-fry steak and set aside.
    Stir-fry vegetables.
    Add 1 cup beef broth and steak.
    Mix cornstarch with marinade sauce and add to vegetable and steak mixture.
    Stir until thickened.
    Serve over rice.
