Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium Vidalia onions, sliced
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can water chestnuts, drained
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. butter (oleo)
    1 can cream of chicken
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 c. Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Put in greased casserole dish.
    Arrange onions.
    Mix together other ingredients and pour over onions.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Top with cracker crumbs.
    Dot with mayonnaise and serve hot.
