Coconut Oatmeal Pie(Convection Oven Recipe) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, well beaten
2/3 c. granulated sugar
2/3 c. shredded coconut
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. broken pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients except pecans in large bowl.
Add pecans; mix well.
Pour into pie shell.
Place on broiling trivet.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 8 minutes; then bake 15 minutes on low mix, 375\u00b0 or until set.
