Blonde Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. nuts
    6 oz. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix both dry and wet ingredients together.
    Grease pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 25 to 30 minutes.
