Crepes(Palacinky) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. less 1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine eggs and salt.
    Mix well using a whisk.
    Add a little flour, then a little milk.
    Stir; repeat until all flour and milk are added.
    Mix until smooth.
    Add melted butter and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Grease bottom of small skillet. Heat pan over medium-high heat.
    When hot, add 2 tablespoons batter.
    Swirl pan so batter spreads evenly.
    Cook crepes until golden brown.
    Gently flip and cook other side just a few seconds. \"You can spread with jam, roll up and sprinkle with powdered sugar.\"
