Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 qt. strawberries, washed, hulled, sliced (or whole, if small)
1 baked pie shell or graham cracker crust
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients. Bring water to a boil over moderate heat in medium size pan. Slowly add jello mixture, stirring constantly.
Return to boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and cool.
Arrange berries in pie shell and pour filling over berries. Chill at least 1 hour. Top with Cool Whip.
Real good!
