Betty'S Lean Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. lite corn oil spread
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
1/2 c. egg substitute or 2 slightly beaten egg whites
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. walnuts (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Lightly spray 8-inch square pan.
In medium saucepan, melt margarine.
Add sugar and stir until blended.
Remove from heat.
Stir in cocoa and vanilla.
Add egg substitute and stir.
Stir in flour and nuts.
Pour into prepared pan and bake 25 minutes or until edges pull away from pan.
Cool in pan; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Cut into 16 squares.
