Lime Party Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

16 large marshmallows
1 c. milk
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 c. whipping cream, whipped (Cool Whip may be used)
1 pkg. lime jello

Preparation

In top of double boiler, melt marshmallow in milk.
Pour hot mixture over lime jello.
Stir until dissolved.
Add cream cheese to hot mixture and stir
until dissolved. Add crushed pineapple. Chill until mixture begins to thicken a little. Then add mayonnaise and whipped cream.
Serves about 12 people.
