Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. diced apples
1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mix together well.
Pour half of batter into pan with apples and nuts; spread over top.
Pour rest of batter over apples.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
Cool.
Top with Cream Cheese Frosting.
