Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. finely grated lemon peel
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
1 large egg
Preparation

Melt butter; add sugar, lemon peel, juice, then add the egg. Mix well.
Cool until sugar is dissolved and sauce is slightly thickened.
Stir.
Makes 1 2/3 cups.
