Baked Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; mix juice, flour, sugar and butter and cook until mixture coats spoon.
    Add pineapple, nuts and cheese.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole pan.
    Melt 4 tablespoons butter.
    Add 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers and 1/4 cup chopped nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
