Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 soup can milk
1 c. quick-cooking rice (uncooked)
Preparation

Season chops with salt and pepper; brown on both sides in oil in frying pan.
Spray baking dish with Pam.
Place chops in dish and cover with (uncooked) rice.
Blend soup and milk together and pour over rice.
Be sure to completely cover rice with soup. Cover baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Soup should be absorbed by rice and chops.
Serve with salad. Yum!
Serves 6 to 8.
