Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/8 c. shortening
    1/8 c. lard
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut shortening and lard into flour until coarse like oatmeal. Add baking soda, buttermilk, baking powder and salt.
    Turn dough on floured board.
    Break or cut into sphere size shapes.
    Bake in a 475\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown.
