Daddy G'S Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    1 onion, chopped
    3/4 c. chopped green onion tops
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. raw rice
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled
    1 (8 oz.) can mushroom
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. liquid hot pepper sauce
    1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Brown smoked sausage in
    large
    pot.
    Remove and drain. In pot, cook onions, green onion tops, bell pepper, garlic and celery over medium heat until tender.
