Cypress Inn Muffins - cooking recipe

1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
5 c. plain flour
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 qt. buttermilk
2 1/2 tsp. yeast
1 Tbsp. canola or olive oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. warm water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
Preparation

Place ingredients in bread machine in order specified by your manufacturer.
Use \"Manual\" setting and let machine knead, raise, and knead the second time.
Remove from machine and shape into two long rolls.
Place on greased cookie sheet or French bread pan and let rise until double in bulk.
(If you're using a cookie sheet, put a long folded piece of foil between the two loaves.)
