Gourmet Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 can onion rings
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from chops and melt in heavy pan until 2 tablespoons collects.
    Remove rind.
    Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dredge chops and brown in fat.
    Place in an 11 x 7-inch baking pan. Combine soup, water, ginger and rosemary in small bowl.
    Pour over chops.
    Place 1/2 can of onion rings on top. Cover with foil and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes or until tender. Remove cover and place remaining onion rings on top. Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes more.
    Serves 6.
