Hot Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 oz. can pineapple, drained (keep 3 Tbsp. juice)
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tube Ritz crackers
Preparation

Combine sugar and flour. Stir in 3 tablespoons juice. Add pineapple and cheese. Pour into 1-quart casserole. Combine butter and crackers. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
