Chile Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can whole chilies
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Line 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish with chilies; put grated cheese over chilies.
    Beat eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper. Pour over chilies and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
