Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    pinch of salt
    2/3 stick butter, softened
    3 eggs
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar, cornstarch and salt.
    Add eggs, beating well after each.
    Stir in milk and vanilla. Pour in unbaked pie crust and bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
