Marinated Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. dry red wine
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. fennel seed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. round steak
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Marinate steak for 6 hours or overnight. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat.
    Broil, brushing with marinade. Turn occasionally.
    Carve in thin slices diagonally across grain of meat.
    Serves 6 to 8.
