Steamed Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Blend on low.
Beat at medium 2 minutes.
Turn into greased, floured 6-cup Bundt pan. Set wok on high heat (350\u00b0).
Bring 2 cups water to boil in wok; position rack in wok.
Place Bundt pan on rack; cover wok, lower heat to slow boil.
