Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese or Parmesan cheese
    broccoli spears (flowers and stems), cut fine
    cauliflower (may also be used)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. mayo
Preparation
    Mix. Spoon on top of salad and refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Then mix it up with 1 head lettuce, cut fine, just before serving. Keep refrigerated.
