Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. bran
    3/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. buttermilk or sour milk
    1 egg
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Make a well in center and pour liquids into it. Mix only long enough to mix dry ingredients.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
