Quick Pecan Coffee Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 to 1/2 c. broken pecans
Preparation
    In a metal ring mold or a cake pan with a tin can placed in the center, break pecans into pieces and place in the bottom of pan, spreading evenly.
    Mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Dip each biscuit in melted butter, then roll in sugar mixture and stand on edge in pan on top of pecans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven, place a serving plate on top and invert.
    Let stand a few minutes before removing the pan.
