Baking Powder Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1/4 c. instant nonfat dry milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cold butter, cut in chunks
1/2 c. shortening
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except buttermilk in food processor or mixer.
Add buttermilk, forming dough.
Roll dough on floured area, not too thin.
Cut with biscuit cutter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 13 to 15 minutes.
Biscuits can be frozen.
Put on tray overnight or until hard.
Place in plastic bag and freeze.
Use as needed. Bake frozen biscuits at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
