Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cake yeast or 1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
2 eggs, well beaten
8 to 9 c. sifted all-purpose flour
Preparation

Soak yeast in lukewarm water.
Place butter, sugar and salt in large mixing bowl.
Add boiling water to ingredients in bowl. When butter melts, add cold water, eggs and yeast mixture.
Stir in flour.
Put into well-greased bowl, cover and store in refrigerator. Make up rolls as needed, shaping and allowing them to double in bulk.
Bake in preheated oven at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
