Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans tomatoes, broken up
    2 medium onions, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    10 jalapenos (some seeds)
    6 to 8 large cloves garlic, chopped
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1 bunch cilantro, remove stems and chop
Preparation
    Simmer tomatoes; add other ingredients one at a time.
    After adding cilantro, bring to a boil for 1 minute.
    Put in a blender and chop to your preference.
    May keep in fridge or put in freezer.
