West Virginia Summer Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large green tomatoes
3 ripe tomatoes
2 green bell peppers
1 red bell pepper
3 or 4 onions, cut in small pieces
3/4 stick oleo
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
5 potatoes
Preparation

Cut up first four ingredients in small pieces.
Cut onions into small pieces.
Put oleo and oil in skillet.
Start cooking.
Cut up potatoes into small pieces and cook.
When done, pour off water, add to the skillet with the cooked vegetables until done.
Hot pepper can be added to taste.
