Canadian Pork Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground pork
1 c. water
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. sage
dash of pepper
dash of nutmeg
pastry for 2 crust pie
Preparation

Brown pork in skillet; drain off fat.
Stir in water, onion, bread crumbs, salt, sage, pepper and nutmeg.
Simmer, covered until onion is tender for about 20 minutes, stirring often.
