The Best Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 egg yolks, beaten
1/2 c. butter
10 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation

Mix milk, sugar, vanilla, egg yolks, butter, flour and cocoa (sifted together).
Cook on low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
Pour into baked pie shells.
Cover with meringue and bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Makes two 9-inch pies.
