Foolproof Dark Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    dash of salt
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts (to taste)
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    In a heavy saucepan or double boiler over low heat, melt chips with milk and salt.
    Remove from heat; stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread evenly onto waxed paper in an 8 x 9-inch square pan.
    Chill until firm.
    Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel paper off.
    Cut into squares.
    Makes about 2 pounds.
