Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 center-cut pork chops
    1/2 bell pepper
    1 onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 can beef consomme
    1 can water
    1 c. raw rice
Preparation
    Salt and pepper pork chops.
    Brown in skillet in small amount of oil.
    Brown well.
    Remove pork chops from pan and add chopped onion, garlic and green bell pepper. Cook until slightly brown. Add consomme, water and rice.
    Place pork chops on top and bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
