Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. powdered sugar
4 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 pkg. Jell-O vanilla instant pudding
2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 baked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Mix together the peanut butter and powdered sugar.
(Save 1/2 cup for top.)
Put remainder in the bottom of crust.
Pour prepared pudding over the sugar and peanut butter mixture.
Let set for an hour or so.
Spread Cool Whip on top.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar mixture on top.
Keep refrigerated until served.
