Sausage Wontons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk sausage
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1 small can sliced black olives
1 c. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
1 pkg. wonton wrappers
Preparation

Cook, drain and crumble sausage.
Prepare Ranch dressing according to package directions.
Mix sausage, cheeses, olives and dressing together in medium bowl.
Press wonton wrappers in miniature muffin tins.
(Grease tins lightly).
Spray wonton wrappers or brush lightly with vegetable oil.
Bake 5 to 7 minutes at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
Remove from oven and stuff with filling mixture.
Bake 5 additional minutes until cheese has melted and mixture is bubbly.
Serve warm.
Yield:
36 miniature appetizers.
